Construction crews are out on School Rd. east of STH 76  until June to fix driveway issues and restore terraces. Please use an alternative route if possible.

Public Works Department

The Public Works Department is responsible for maintening  streets and right-of-way. This includes 104 miles of public streets and 35 miles of storm sewers. The Department is staffed by a Supervisor, Administrative Assistant, Mechanic, Foreman, 3 full time laborers and two part time summer assistants. 

The department operates out an office located at W6895 Parkview Drive, Greenville, WI 54942. The office is attached to a shop that is shared with the Parks, Recreation and Forestry Department. The grounds also have a storage shed with four overhead doors, the Brush Site Facility, Outagamie County Oil Drop Site and a large salt shed.

Equipment maintained and operated includes three dump trucks with snow plowing and salting attachments, two backhoes, a sewer cleaning vac-truck  and various other vehicles and small equipment.
