Yes
Public
hearing – Tom Griesbach to annex his property in Section 3 into the Sanitary
District.
The
hearing was called to order at 6:30 p.m.
Tom Griesbach stated he is building a shed that is a bit of a distance from
his house. He would like to get
water down to there. There would
be a large disruption of his yard because of concrete, electrical wire,
trees, etc. if he goes from his home. A
well is a financial commitment with the arsenic requirements.
He wants to run a temporary 2’ line to the building.
He will replace it with the appropriate size water main when he
develops his land. If he puts a
well in, would he have to abandon it when water goes in?
We will just put in parcel 0092-01.
Mark Strobel made a motion to close the public hearing.
Mike Woods seconded the motion and it was carried and closed at 6:45
