Sanitary District Meeting Minutes

The meeting was called to order at 6:53 p.m.

Approve May Stormwater Utility minutes.  
Tom Becher made a motion to approve the May meeting minutes.  Mark Strobel seconded the motion and it was carried.

Approve June Stormwater Utility vouchers   
Andy Peters made a motion to approve the June vouchers.   Mark Strobel seconded the motion and it was carried.                       

Public participation – comments and/or questions.
Randy Immel stated with all the directional boring going on, can’t we limit where they can put it?   Yes we can.  The one being done now is State property.  Don Schinke stated that one problem is that they are running out of area to put the stuff in.  Clem Reimer feels a deposit should be put down when projects are done such as Hwy 76.  Randy stated that is a State project so we cannot do anything about it.  The State will not listen to us.

Monthly report on erosion control. 
The Board would like to know if all the violations were corrected from last month.  Tom Becher made a motion to approve.  Mike Woods seconded the motion and it was carried.

Public Works Supervisor stormwater report - accept. 
Tom Becher made a motion to accept the report.  Mark Strobel seconded the motion and it was carried.

Adjourn Stormwater Utility Meeting.  
Mark Strobel made a motion to adjourn the Stormwater Utility meeting.  Tom Becher seconded the motion and it was adjourned at 7:08 p.m.
