Sanitary District Meeting 

The Sanitary District meeting was called to order at 6:13 p.m..        

Present:  Randy Leiker, Andy Peters, Mark Strobel, Tom Becher and Mike Woods.

The agenda was properly posted.      

Review and approve the March Sanitary District minutes.
Andy Peters made a motion to approve the March meeting minutes.  Mark Strobel seconded the motion and it was carried.

Review and approve the April Sanitary District vouchers.                      
Mark Strobel made a motion to approve the April vouchers.  Tom Becher seconded the motion and it was carried.

Superintendent’s report.     
None

Adjourn Sanitary District meeting.
Mark Strobel made a motion to adjourn the Sanitary District meeting.  Tom Becher seconded the motion and it was carried and adjourned at 6:19 p.m.  

Stormwater Utility

The meeting was called to order at 6:19 p.m.

Approve March Stormwater Utility minutes.
Mark Strobel made a motion to approve the March meeting minutes.  Andy Peters seconded the motion and it was carried.
           

Approve April Stormwater Utility vouchers.       
Mark Strobel made a motion to approve the April vouchers.  Tom Becher seconded the motion and it was carried.

Monthly report on erosion control.
Mike Woods made a motion to accept the erosion control report.  Tom Becher seconded the motion and it was carried.

Public Works Supervisor stormwater report - accept.
Approval for SEH NOI DNR Permit Tracking
Dean Schiller is looking at software for the stormwater utility.  We will be taking the erosion over and eventually Dean’s department will be sending out the letters of violation.  The program is $495 plus $63 a month for as long as our permit is valid. 

Tom Becher made a motion to approve the purchase of the software.  Andy Peters seconded the motion and it was carried.

Approval for SEH Erosion Control Tracking.
Jim Wieseler and Dean Schiller are now certified in erosion control inspection.  There is a $2500 one-time fee for this software.  It is their software on their servers. The cost per house is $40, commercial is $70, a municipal project would be $100 and a plat is $200.   Dean hopes to take this over in the next few months.  July1st is his target date.  

Tom Becher made a motion to approve the purchase of this software.  Mike Woods seconded the motion and it was carried.

Summer projects – drainage swale – cleaning out by Maple Terrace and Lily of the Valley, the industrial park, etc.  Also the Amber Meadows pond outfall pipe that is eroding bank will be looked at.  They will try to stabilize that. 

Adjourn Stormwater Utility Meeting.  
Andy Peters made a motion to adjourn the Stormwater meeting.  Mark Strobel seconded the motion and it was carried and adjourned at 6:46 p.m.
