Sanitary District #1

Present: Randy Leiker, Andy Peters, Mark Strobel, Mike Woods and Tom Becher

The meeting was called to order at 6:58 p.m.

The agenda was properly posted.

Review and approve the January Sanitary District minutes.
Mike Woods made a motion to approve the January meeting minutes. Andy Peters seconded the motion and it was carried.

Review and approve the February Sanitary District vouchers.
Tom Becher made a motion to approve the February vouchers. Mark Strobel seconded the motion and it was carried

Superintendent’s report.
Don Schinke has nothing else other than what is on the report. Andy Peters made a motion to accept the report. Mark Strobel seconded the motion and it was carried.

Adjourn Sanitary District meeting

Mike Woods made a motion to adjourn the Sanitary District meeting. Tom Becher seconded the motion and it was carried.

Sanitary District #2 - Stormwater Utility

The meeting was called to order.

Approve January Stormwater Utility minutes

Andy Peters made a motion to approve the January meeting minutes. Mike Woods seconded the motion and it was carried.

Approve February Stormwater Utility vouchers.

Andy Peters made a motion to approve the February vouchers. Mike Woods seconded the motion and it was carried.

Monthly report on erosion control. Andy Peters made a motion to accept the erosion control report. Mike Woods seconded the motion and it was carried.

Public Works Supervisor stormwater report - acceptTom Becher made a motion to approve Dean Schiller’s report. Mike Woods seconded the motion and it was carried.

Tom Becher made a motion to adjourn the Stormwater Utility report. Mark Strobel seconded the motion and it was carried andadjourned at 7:08 p.m.
