Sanitary District

Present: Randy
Leiker, Andy Peters, Tom Becher and Mike Woods.
Mark Strobel was excused.
The agenda was properly posted.
Minutes and
Vouchers
Tom Becher made a motion to approve the November
meeting minutes. Andy Peters
seconded the motion and it was carried.
Andy Peters made a motion to approve the December vouchers.
Tom Becher seconded the motion and it was carried.
Superintendent’s
Report
Don Schinke stated he has nothing above and beyond his
report. The trailer park has
run into a few snags. When they open
the skirting under the trailers, they never know what they will run into.
It is going good otherwise. It
will be well worth it when they are done.
It will possibly be done in January.
Andy Peter made a motion to accept Don’s report.
Tom Becher seconded the motion and it was carried.
Mike Woods made a motion to adjourn the Sanitary District #1 meeting.
Tom Becher seconded the motion and it was carried and adjourned at 6:57
p.m.

Erosion control report
It is down quite a bit this month.
Tom Becher made a motion to approve. Mike
Woods seconded the motion and it was carried.
Public Works
Supervisor Stormwater report
Dean Schiller stated he is working with McMahon on the
stormwater management plan. It is
moving ahead good.
Review of job
description for Stormwater Utility Administrative Assistant
Dean Schiller would like to go forward with this.
It would go under the pay scale the same as the town.
Tom Becher stated it looks good and made a motion to approve. Andy
seconded the motion and it was carried.
Tom Becher made a motion to adjourn the Stormwater meeting.
Andy Peters seconded the motion and it was carried and adjourned at
7:02 p.m.
