Large Garbage Items

If you have large items that you need to have picked up, you will have to buy a sticker per item and pay before the item is picked up.  Stickers are available at the Town Hall.  We will then notify Wittenberg Disposal for pick up.  Cut-off for the stickers for large items is 2:00 on the Tuesday before the pick up day.

The cost of the stickers is as follows:

• $10.00 would be for items such as a TV, office equipment, bathtub, carpet, microwave, sofa, chair, dresser, bed frame, etc.

• $15.00 would be for (non-Freon) items such as a washer, dryer, trash compactor, stove, water heater, toilet, sink, shower stall, broken grill, lawn mower, bikes, etc.

• $25.00 is for items (with Freon) such as a refrigerator, freezers, air conditioner, dehumidifier, etc.
  

The other alternative is to haul any of your items to the Outagamie County landfill located at 1419 Holland Road, Appleton (one mile east of Hwy 441; off of Northland Avenue).  If you have questions about hauling items there, you can contact them at 920-832-5277 or check out their website at www.co.outagamie.wi.us.  They will also charge a fee.
