Town Yard Waste Drop-off Site

One of the changes to the site is that is will now be secured and have limited hours.  The reason the Town ahs gone in this direction is because of the abuse to the site.  Non-Town residents and landscaping companies were using the site to drop-off their brush, tires and garbage.  There are also items being stolen from the site such as gravel, posts, and blocks to name a few items.

When coming to the site, all Town residents will have to check in at the Public Works office and show proof of residency before you can unload your materials.  This is to help keep non-Town residents from using the site.

This site will be open any time during normal Public Works Dept.  hours of operation (7:30 a.m. to 4 p.m., Monday thru Friday excluding holidays). 

From April 1st to November 30th, the site will have extended hours each year to accommodate Town residents who can't make it during the day.  Those extended hours are as follows:

On Tuesdays it will stay open past 4 p.m. until 7 p.m.  On Thursdays it will stay open past 4 p.m. until 7 p.m. and on Saturdays it will be open from 9 a.m. until 3 p.m.

The Town still has brush pick-up starting on the second Monday of each month at the roadside.  You just have to call the Public Works Department at 920-757-7276 to be put on the brush pick up list.
