New Years Eve Fire Works:

The Greenville Parks, Recreation and Forestry Department is pleased to present the second annual New Year’s Eve Fireworks Show at Lions Park.  This year’s show is promised to be bigger and better including a premier second finale shoot.  This is a great family event for all ages.  There will be a warming shelter and port-a-potty available at the park.  Bring a warm beverage and a chair and celebrate the New Year with a bang.

The show will begin at 9:30 pm on New Year’ Eve and will take place at the Greenville Lions Park.  The show is free and everyone is invited.  We would like to thank AAA Sanitation and the Greenville Co-op for sponsoring this event as well as the entire fireworks crew for donating their time to make this happen.

Community Movie Night:

The Greenville parks, Recreation and Forestry Department in partnership with the Greenville Lioness Club show an outdoor movie at Lions Park on several nights throughout the summer. The movie is free and there are concessions served in the pavilion. In the event of rain or high winds, the movie will be moved into the pavilion.
