Field of Dreams Master Plan

This is a 77 acre undeveloped property.  The property contains a barn, silo and farm house.   The farm house has been renovated and is currently being rented out.  Approximately 7 acres has been seeded into an open play area and is currently being used by Everton Soccer for their youth soccer program.  A community garden has also been developed on the property by Sustain Greenville.  A master plan for the property has been developed and includes five baseball/softball fields, soccer fields, Heritage Garden, tennis courts, basketball courts, walking/nature trails, pavilions, and natural areas.

Note:  If visiting this property, please take care not to disturb the tenants of the farm house or the private residence in close proximity to the property.
