Sub Area Plans
On December 20, 2021 the Planning Commission decided to develop Sub-Area Plans based on the 2040 Comprehensive Plan Action Item 4c-2; they selected to focus on Areas C & E. The Village will be developing workshops to invite the property owners and public to share their thoughts and ideas about how these areas could develop in the future with plans developed for consideration by the Village of Greenville. These plans will assist property owners, developers, staff and appointed and elected officials with proactively planning for development of these areas.

Process
1. Public Informational Meetings and Workshops will be held for each area to inform the public about the project as well as seek input. Property owners of the property within each area as well as those within 500 feet of the area will receive letters in the mail inviting them to the meetings.
Area C meeting is scheduled for February 21, 2021 at 7:00 p.m. at the Village Hall located at W6860 Parkview Dr. Greenville, WI 54942 or you may attend virtually through GoToWebinar at https://attendee.gotowebinar.com/register/4226352693404065037 .

2. Public Input. The Village is looking for your input on what the future land use, transportation network and neighborhood character should look like. After you have attended the meeting or watched the presentation you may provide input in three ways. Please provide input by March 4, 2022 for Area C and March 18, 2022 for Area E.
