Park Rentals

The Village of Greenville currently has 5 Pavilions available for rent. Our rental season runs from May 1st through September 30th. The Facility Reservation Agreement along with payment (due in full at the time of booking via cash or check only) is required to secure a date on our rental calendar. Click here to view our Facility Rental Fees. A reservation gives the renter excusive use of the specified pavilion only.  Our full Rental Policy can be found here. All parkland, playgrounds, athletic fields and public restrooms (those with outside access) are open to the public.  Renters shall obey all other park rules and regulations.

PLEASE NOTE:
Effective May 1, 2023, our Facility Rental Policy has changed. This policy should be reviewed in full by anyone looking to reserve a facility within Greenville Parks and Recreation. Major changes to look for in this policy include:

  • Cancellation must be made 90 days in advance for a full refund. The $20 processing fee is unchanged.
  • There are no longer separate reservation windows for residents and non-residents. Non-resident fees are still in effect.
  • Pavilions become available for reservations online beginning at 9:00 am Central Time on the first business day of May for the following year. In person reservations begin upon the opening of the office on the second business day of May.

The following is an approved Implementation Plan for transitioning into the new reservation window and Facility Rental Policy:

  • Reservations for 2023: Online and in person reservation will be accepted through the end of the rental season.
  • Reservations for 2024 (partial implementation): In person reservations for all of 2024 will begin on Friday, September 1, 2023 when the Municipal Service Center opens. Online reservations will open on Tuesday, September 5, 2023 at 9:00am. Those booking in person will need to have a completed Facility Reservation Agreement and payment in full. This applies to both residents and non-residents.
  • Reservations for 2025 (full implementation): Online reservations for all of 2025 will begin on Wednesday, May 1, 2024 at 9:00am. In person reservations will begin on Thursday, May 2, 2024 when the Municipal Service Center opens. This applies to both residents and non-residents.
